9/10 Little League Baseball Team Played State Championship Tournament The Bryan County 9/10 year old Little League Baseball team competed for the first time in the Little League State Championship tournament in Decatur, GA this week. They attend the opening ceremonies on Saturday, July 17th. Then played 4 games from July 17th - July 21st. Their record was 1-3 (Winning against Peachtree City Allstars and playing Murphey Candler, Habersham American, and Athens Little League Allstar teams). The players, coaches, parents and families enjoyed the experience and are looking forward to playing in the tournament again next year. Baseball League Upcoming Events The 11/12 Bryan County Little League team (based in Richmond Hill) will be competing in the Little League State Championship from July 24 - 28 in Columbus, GA. The Richmond Hilll Recreation Association Football program is working hand in hand with the Richmond Hill High School program to help develop the programs of both organizations. The 10U Wildcat Football team would like to thank Plantation Building Supply, Richmond Hill Transmission, Pete's Pizza and Fish Tails for their financial support of the team this season.
